Party package information:

• It will be 45 minutes to 1 hour long.
• $22 per child for IN-PERSON event.  $19 per child for ONLINE event.  A $100 deposit is required at the time of reservation.  Please see our refund policy.
• For children K-6th grades.  The birthday boy or girl will get a FREE Bionerds T-shirt.  IN-PERSON EVENT only: All children will get a FREE science badge each.
• Due to the nature of the living organisms, some packages need an early reservation (a minimum of 2 weeks before the date).
• We will come to your place of choice in Orange County.  All we need are tables and chairs enough for every kid attending.  For outside Orange County (within 10 miles), a travel fee of $40 will apply.  There will be extra $20 per event when scheduled after 6 pm.
• We can provide a place in Irvine or Tustin with an additional $120/hour.  Minimum of 2 hours required.  An additional one-half hour each for set up before and clean up after the party is included in the price.
• Please bring your own favorite food and cake, and we’ll take care of the entertainment side!
• IN-PERSON EVENT: Need a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 kids (need enough space for social distancing).  ONLINE EVENT: Need a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 25 kids.  For a lower or higher party count, please call us (949)288-1486.
• Add-ons (see on the right) can be added to any packages.

Add-ons available for you to add:

• A photo shoot background for the kids.  Lab coats, other lab gears, and/or related costumes for the photo props are included).  You can take pictures as many as you like.  Several backdrop options to choose from – $30
• Party favor – a little “live friend” for every kid attending.  Food starter and instructions on how to take care come with it.  Price varies.
• Party favor – biology gadgets or other items such as goggles, test tubes, Bionerds T-shirt, etc.  Price varies.

The Butterfly Package

Your child and friends will have fun learning about butterfly life cycle and see them up-close and personal using microscopes or magnifiers.  They also will be able to touch live butterflies!

Lab coat, other lab gears and butterfly costumes will be provided to the children to wear during the event.

Party favor add-on (optional): a live caterpillar to bring home – $4 per child

The Beetle Package

Your child and friends will have fun learning about bess bug and see them up-close and personal using microscopes or magnifiers.  Afterward, let’s see how fast they can run in a race!

Lab coat and other lab gears will be provided to the children to wear during the event.

Party favor add-on (optional): a live bessbug to bring home – $8 per child

The Long Wriggly Worm Package

Your child and friends will have fun learning about redworms and see them up-close and personal using microscopes or magnifiers.  Afterward, let’s see how fast they can run in a race!  Dissection is optional for 3rd-6th graders.

Lab coat and other lab gears will be provided to the children to wear during the event.

Party favor add-on (optional): Live redworms to bring home -$2 per child

The DNA Package

Your child and friends will have fun learning why DNA rules.  Afterward, they will have fun squishing fruits to extract the DNA.
