Registration Policy

Below is the policy of registering your child for Bionerds After-School and Camp programs.  Please read below and contact us if you have any questions.

  1. Before you register your child, please read our policy and documents below:
  2. Bionerds waiver form has to be submitted before the class starts.  Class tuition and material fee have to be paid in full before the program starts.  Without submission, the student CANNOT participate in the class activities.
  3. Most sessions are K-6th graders combined.  We may divide the age groups above depending on the activities in the classroom.
  4. For After-School Programs, a class is usually 45 minutes to one hour long.  For Summer Camps, a class is usually 2-7 hours long.
  5. The registration process is determined by which session/location your child is going. We will instruct you in more detail on Class Schedule page.
  6. When you register late or in the middle of a session, a prorated class tuition and material fee will be given for SOME, NOT ALL sessions/locations.
  7. Parents/Guardians and participants need to comply with local COVID-19 related health and safety guidelines when joining our programs.
  8. There will be a $1 per minute per student late pick-up fee if the parent/guardian/authorized person picks up the student late.  The minute will start from the class end time to the pick-up time.  The late pick-up fee has to be paid before the next class, otherwise, your child will not be able to participate in the next class(es) activities.
  9. Students who have pending submissions of our waiver form and/or supplemental fee (such as supply fee, late fee, damage fee, etc) are still able to attend the class but they won’t be able to participate in our class activities until all are submitted.
  10. Any payment that is returned by bank, there will be an additional $20 charge for administration and bank fee.

Below is the policy of registering your child for Bionerds In-Class programs.  Please read below and contact us if you have any questions.

  2. Bionerds waiver form has to be submitted before the class starts.  Class tuition and material fee have to be paid in full before the program starts.  Without submission, the student CANNOT participate in the class activities.
  3. Parents/Guardians and participants need to comply with local COVID-19 related health and safety guidelines when joining our programs.
  4. Topic, price, age group, the number of classes, and the maximum no of children in the class are determined based on the agreement between Bionerds and the school.
  5. A class is usually 45 minutes to one hour long.
  6. Any payment that is returned by bank, there will be an additional $20 charge for administration and bank fee.

Below is the policy of registering your child for Bionerds Private Event programs.  Please read below and contact us if you have any questions.

  1. Before you register your child, please read our policy and documents below:
  2. Bionerds waiver form has to be submitted before the class starts.  Class tuition and material fee have to be paid in full before the program starts.  Without submission, the student CANNOT participate in the class activities.
  3. Parents/Guardians and participants need to comply with local COVID-19 related health and safety guidelines when joining our programs.
  4. Some classes are divided into two age groups: Kindergarten to 2nd graders and 3rd graders to 6th graders.
  5. There is a 10-minute grace period to start the class on time.  If the students arrive late and the class starts late, there will be a charge of $1 per minute after.
  6. Some classes are K-6th graders combined.  We may divide the age groups above depending on the activities in the classroom.
  7. The maximum number of children in one class is depended on the facility and the agreement with the client requesting the event.

  1. Before you register your child, please read our policy and documents below:
  2. Bionerds waiver form has to be submitted before the class starts.  Class tuition and material fee have to be paid in full before the program starts.  Without submission, the student CANNOT participate in the class activities.
  3. Parents/Guardians and participants need to comply with local COVID-19 related health and safety guidelines when joining our programs.
  4. Please go to the field trip site website for more information and rules.
  5. The length of the field trip is usually 2-3 hours long.
  6. Field trip registration has to be in advanced and its fee has to be paid in full before the field trip day.
  7. Some field trip sites are allowing parents or guardians to come, but some are not.  Please talk to us if you have any questions or concerns.
  8. There will be a $1 per minute per student late pick-up fee if the parent/guardian/authorized person picks up the student late.  The minute will start from the class end time to the pick-up time.  The late pick-up fee has to be paid within 3 days.
  9. Students who have pending submissions of our waiver form and/or supplemental fee (such as supply fee, late fee, damage fee, etc) are still able to attend the class but they won’t be able to participate in our class activities until all are submitted.
  10. Any payment that is returned by bank, there will be an additional $20 charge for administration and bank fee.
